I have been busy with family, friends, work, church, and time sensitive projects, which is the reason for my spotty blogging. My health is still stable and I certainly didn't mean for my absence to panic my prayer warriors out there. I will post more faithfully whenever I have time.
Jesus Lover of My Soul by Kara is a worship song that resonates deeply within me. A different composition from the 1700s with the same title is one of over 6,000 hymns credited to Charles Wesley, including the popular Christmas carol Hark the Herald Angels Sing. The greater legacy of Charles Wesley and his brother, John, is a rejection of the Calvinist movement adopted by some of their contemporaries in the English speaking clergy.
